At Pallavi Spa, we value your time and the slot reservations of our certified practitioners. We strictly implement a cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure seamless operations.
1. Cancellation Window
We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you cancel at least 4 hours before the session, you will incur no charges and any deposit will be refunded or credited.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a late fee or loss of deposit. If a guest does not show up for the reserved slot without notice, the full deposit will be forfeited.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your session, we will endeavor to provide the full therapy time. However, if there are back-to-back bookings, your treatment duration may be shortened to fit the original timeframe. The full rate for the scheduled session will still apply.
4. Group Bookings
For group reservations (3 or more guests) or private suite bookings (like specialized couples packages), we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or modifications to ensure our logistics are aligned.
