At Pallavi Spa, we strive to deliver the highest quality of therapeutic body massage and wellness rituals. Please review our refund guidelines below.
1. General Services
All completed spa treatments, massage therapies, and couples packages are non-refundable. Once a service is rendered, the payment is final.
2. Advance Booking Deposits
Deposits made for advanced slot reservations are eligible for refunds or rescheduling credits, provided that cancellations or changes are requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
3. Membership Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly memberships are billed at the beginning of the period. Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing. Remaining massage sessions within the active billing month must be consumed before the period ends.
4. Gift Cards & Vouchers
All purchased gift vouchers, discount packages, and promotional coupons are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are transferable and can be gifted to friends or family members.
5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds (e.g. valid deposit cancellations) will be processed back to the original payment mode (credit card, bank account, UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
