3. Guest Etiquette
To preserve the calm environment of our sanctuary branches, we request guests to maintain silent devices, keep volumes low, and adhere to our professional conduct standards. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or harassing behavior will lead to the immediate termination of the treatment slot without refunds.
4. Booking & Slot Validity
Advanced booking online or via the concierge desk is recommended to ensure your preferred time slot and therapist. If you are arriving late, your treatment duration may be adjusted to avoid disrupting subsequent reservations.
